Here, at The Glam Room, our packages ship  through USPS. Based on the products purchased, shipping times may vary. Indian hair and Hair products usually ship within 7-10 business days. Mink hair usually ships within 3-7 business days. Due to the high demand for our products, We thank you in advance for your patience to ensure products are shipped accurately. 

REFUND POLICY: We provide no refunds, no exchanges and no returns, unless an error was made on our end. If an error was made on our end, a refund will be given.
